DAY 1 – GUWAHATI TO SHILLONG
Stop by at Umium Lake to enjoy the beauty of this serene place under gorgeous skies.Check-In Hotel and evening is free to relax and explore. Finish your day with an authentic dinner in Police Bazar or at your Hotel.
Sightseeing: Umium Lake
DAY 2 – SHILLONG TO MAWLYNNONG
Today, we start for Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. But before we head there, we will take a detour towards the India . Back To Shillong Hotel
Sightseeing: Bop Hill Falls, boat ride on the crystal clear waters of the Umngot river, Drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village. It’s a beautiful drive from one ridge to another overlooking lush-green hill and deep cloud-covered valleys.
DAY 3 – SHILLONG TO CHERRAPUNJEE
After Hearty Breakfast we will head deeper in the Khasi hills & towards the more gorgeous parts of Meghalaya. Your’s journey is full of places to see. Overnight Stay at Shillong hotel.
Sightseeing: Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven sisters falls), Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls.[Time & weather permitting.], Nonkalikhai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, The weekly market in Cherrapunjee is quite interesting but the market day changes every week. If it is a market day while you are there, a visit to the market
DAY 4 – SHILLONG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After Breakfast we will head towards Shillong Local Sightseeing and then we will have overnight stay at Shillong.
Sightseeing: Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, Laitlum Canyons, Mary Help For Christian Cathedral, Ward’s Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydari Park, Air Force Museum, All Saints Cathedral, Sweet Falls, Phan Nonglait Park
DAY 5- SHILLONG TO GUWAHATI
On the last day of your trip, take it easy. Check-out around 10 or so and then do some last-minute shopping from Shillong, if you haven’t already. On your way back to Guwahati, feel free to stop again at the Umiam lake or at the Umiam lake viewpoint before heading straight to the airport.
